Here at Monster City Madhouse, we live by the phrase, "Every Day Is Halloween." As long as I can remember, I've been drawn to the Halloween holiday. Costumes, candy, fall, spooky, and fun! What more could you ask for? As a kid I remember it was always such a "treat" when my Mom and I decorated the house for Halloween. About the time I was 5-6 years old, I discovered the Universal Monsters, and to this day love them very much! Shortly after, two major moments happened in my life that would forever make me a fan of all things spooky.

The first was in 1991 when my parents took me to Universal Studios, Florida where I was fortunate enough to see the attraction "Alfred Hitchock: The Art of Making Movies." The introduction to The Master of Suspense gave me my first preview of the "grandfather of the modern horror film," PSYCHO. I was immediately hooked, and my love of suspense and scary began to build.

The second took place in 1995 when I saw the immortal classic, "John Carpenter's HALLOWEEN." No film has ever had more of an impact on my life. It's impossible to put into words what that movie did to me, and how much it means. It's my all time favorite film. I may or may not still look for The Shape...He could be at my house...he could be at yours...

When you take all that love and passion for the Halloween season and spooky movies, and want to own your own business, you decide to combine the two. Hence, Monster City Madhouse was born. My goal is simple...to provide all Halloween/Horror fans with as much quality merchandise as possible. Combine that with outstanding customer service, and a passion for the genre/holiday. I'm a fan just like YOU, and I look forward to helping you get the best products possible.
