Refund policy

Our Return and Refund Policy is very simple. We only offer returns/refunds if you receive the incorrect order. If this happens you have 15 days after receiving your incorrect item/s to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items that appear to be worn or tampered with will not be refunded.

If your return is accepted, we will pay all shipping costs. All we ask is that you please pack the item/s you are returning with excellent care. We do our absolute best when packing our orders, and ask the same in return. Please keep in mind, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If for some reason the item for exchange is out of stock, we will do our absolute best to replace it based on availability. If needed, we are happy to provide you with updates.
