2. Once your order ships, it is out of our control. We understand packages may get delayed, and will do our absolute best to assist with any issues, but please avoid leaving any negative reviews about us through no fault of our own.
3. Please make sure you have entered the correct shipping address. Monster City Madhouse is not liable for orders where a customer inputs an incorrect address.
4. Most orders will ship within 2-3 days after you submit payment. Typically orders will ship out same day/next day. If we are selling at a show/convention, your order will ship after we return.
